12-Month Warranty

Your StediMate comes with a 12-month warranty covering:

• manufacturing defects,
  

• structural faults, and
  

• issues arising from normal use where the problem is due to our build, not external damage.
  
  

We build these tough and stand behind them.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• general wear and tear,
  

• cosmetic scratches,
  

• damage caused by incorrect use or installation,
  

• misuse, drops, accidents,
  

• rust caused by harsh environments without proper cleaning,
  

• incorrect measurements provided at checkout,
  

• modifications or alterations to the step.
  
  

Because each unit is custom-made, we must rely on accurate measurements received from the customer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Just email us at gday@stedimate.com.au and include:

• your order number,
  

• photos or a video of the issue,
  

• a short explanation of what’s happened.
  
  

We’ll assess it quickly and let you know the next steps.
