Where We Ship

StediMate ships Australia-wide.
At this stage, we do not ship to New Zealand or overseas (but we’re hoping to expand in the future).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Dispatch Times

We are a small Aussie team building each StediMate by hand.
Dispatch times depend on which batch your order falls into:

🚚 First Batch (Initial Stock)

Ships within 3 - 7 business days from order date.

🚚 Pre-Order Batch - (you’ll be aware if you order pre-order)

If the first batch sells out, your order will fall into pre-order.

Pre-orders ship within 6–10 weeks, depending on demand and production load.

Your dispatch estimate will be shown at checkout and confirmed by email after purchase.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within the expected dispatch window, feel free to contact us at:

Christmas Delivery

If you’re hoping to have your StediMate before Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering early. The first batch will likely arrive in time, but once we move into pre-orders, delivery may fall after Christmas depending on dates and courier capacity.
