RETURNS POLICY

Custom-Made Products

Every StediMate is custom-built to the exact measurements you provide at checkout.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns, incorrect measurements, or compatibility issues caused by inaccurate sizing.

If you’re unsure about your measurements, please reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to double-check them with you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your StediMate arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our workmanship, we’ll sort it straight away.

We will either:

  • repair the item,

  • replace it, or

  • refund you,

depending on the situation.

Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your name,

  • order number,

  • a quick description of the issue,

  • photos or a video if possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for:

  • manufacturing faults,

  • incorrect items sent,

  • issues caused by us.

We cannot refund:

  • incorrect measurements supplied at checkout,

  • general wear and tear,

  • damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
