RETURNS POLICY
Custom-Made Products
Every StediMate is custom-built to the exact measurements you provide at checkout.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns, incorrect measurements, or compatibility issues caused by inaccurate sizing.
If you’re unsure about your measurements, please reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to double-check them with you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your StediMate arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our workmanship, we’ll sort it straight away.
We will either:

repair the item,
-
replace it, or
-
refund you,
depending on the situation.
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

your name,
-
order number,
-
a quick description of the issue,
-
photos or a video if possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for:

manufacturing faults,
-
incorrect items sent,
-
issues caused by us.
We cannot refund:
-
incorrect measurements supplied at checkout,
-
general wear and tear,
-
damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
